You agree that you will not use ZPN.me to shorten URLs that:
- Contain, distribute, or link to malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software.
- Constitute phishing, social engineering, or identity theft attempts.
- Host or promote illegal content under applicable local, national, or international laws.
- Facilitate spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or bot-driven automated requests.
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.
- Promote hatred, violence, discrimination, or harassment of any individual or group.
- Violate the privacy of any individual, including non-consensual sharing of personal information.

ZPN.ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ZPN.ME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You, the user, bear full and exclusive legal responsibility for any URL you shorten using this service.
5. User Responsibility & Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZPN.me, its owner(s), officers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
6. Privacy Policy
ZPN.me does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All link data is stored locally in your browser using the Web Storage API (localStorage). A visit counter may use a privacy-respecting third-party API (counterapi.dev) which does not store IP addresses or personal data. No cookies are set by ZPN.me.
7. Prohibited Jurisdictions
Users in jurisdictions where this service or its use is restricted or prohibited by law are not permitted to use ZPN.me. You represent and warrant that your use of the Service is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation.
8. Termination
As this is a client-side application, usage can be terminated at any time by clearing your browser’s localStorage or ceasing to access the Service. ZPN.me reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the owner(s) of ZPN.me reside, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
